Terms & Disclaimer
Applies to travelers, guides and agencies using Rehla.
1. Intermediary role
Rehla is an electronic platform that connects travelers with independent licensed tour guides and agencies. Rehla does not operate, own or supervise any tour and is not a party to the agreement between traveler and guide/agency.
2. Limitation of liability
Rehla, its owner and operators are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, dispute or claim arising between travelers and guides/agencies. Users agree not to bring any legal claim against Rehla for such matters and to resolve them directly with the other party.
3. Guide & agency obligations
Guides and agencies confirm they hold a valid license from the Jordan Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities and a valid commercial registration, carry appropriate insurance, and are solely responsible for safety, accuracy of listings and compliance with Jordanian law.
4. Payments, deposit & commission
Travelers pay a 20% booking deposit through Rehla to confirm a date; the balance is paid to the guide on arrival. The deposit is Rehla's platform commission and is non-refundable except where the guide cancels. Listing is free for guides and agencies.
5. Verification & removal
Rehla may request documents to verify identity and licenses and may suspend or remove any account that provides false information, without liability.
6. Intellectual property
All content, the Rehla name, logo and design are the exclusive property of Rehla's owner and protected by copyright and trademark law. Copying or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.
